One of Oregon's biggest targets in the 2023 recruiting class, 4-star WR Kyler Kasper out of Williams Field High School in Gilbert, Arizona, will announce his commitment on Sunday at 12 pm MST.

Kasper is fresh off a visit to Tennessee, where he spent time with 5-star QB commit Nico Iamaleava and other commits. The Ducks still don't have a quarterback in the fold for 2023, which could play a major role in this commitment.

However the Ducks have gotten Kasper on campus twice since the new staff took over, and on one visit he got to spend time with CB commit Cole Martin, also playing in Arizona.

This could serve as an early sign of what's to come at the wide receiver position under Junior Adams, who has big shoes to fill after Bryan McClendon recruited multiple All-Americans while at Oregon.

Kasper's top 10: Notre Dame, Ohio State, UCLA, Arizona State, Miami, Oregon, Iowa, Tennessee, Georgia and USC.

Do you think the Ducks can get this one done?

I heard an interview with Kyler's father. His father was a college standout WR, played a handful of years in the NFL and is a Super Bowl winner. He spoke very eloquently about how the Kasper family and Kyler's high school coaches all thought Kyler was ready to reclassify to 2022

Curious if this was something the Oregon coaching staff had input on prior to Kyler's final decision to do so. Basically, Oregon would need to have one of the 85 scholarships available for him one year early - so Kyler's decision would impact recruiting and of course the receiver room
